Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

1

We are cash based practice. We do this to ensure your care is protected. Insurance companies can dictate care with their regulations. Without them, you don’t have to compromise. We offer superbills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

What does ‘neurologically focused’ mean?

2

Neurologically focused chiropractic care considers the relationship between the spine, brain, and nervous system. Rather than focusing on pain points, Dr. Skyler looks at body function, communication, and adaptability. Health history and CLA INSiGHT scans help develop care that reflects your individual needs.

Does chiropractic care treat anxiety?

3

Chiropractic is not a treatment for anxiety or other mental health conditions. Neurologically focused chiropractic does support the way your nervous system responds to stress, and help restore your nervous system to proper function.

When I start care, do I have to keep coming forever?

4

No, you don’t have to come forever. We give you information, help your nervous system function at its best, and let you decide what is right for you. We offer lifestyle care options that allow you to continue care on your schedule.

How are pregnancy adjustments different?

5

Pregnancy care is adapted for the changing body. Dr. Skyler modifies positioning, pressure, and technique to help the mother remain comfortable throughout the visit. The focus is on supporting healthy movement, alignment, and function as the body prepares for labor and delivery.
